Phuah Eng Ying holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Asia E University and Bachelor in Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.
Armed with Chartered Insurance Agency Manager (CIAM) by LIMRA and Registered Financial Planner (MFPC), she has a strong exposure in life insurance sales concept and agency management practices in making her training deliveries engaging and meaningful. She was a trainer in Zurich Life insurance Malaysia Berhad, MCIS Insurance Berhad and AIA Berhad, groom the agency members in achieving MDRT and Million Dollar Agency. She was one of the task force in LIAM Balanced Score Card (BSC) Committee in implementing the BSC with the objective to upgrade the image and professionalism of the life insurance and takaful industry.
As the Head of Caliph Academy, she uses her vast knowledge and expertise to develop and coach to drive success for Caliph Group.
